Loved printing this one. Doing two colours is definitely more complex, but in the scheme of things doing it this way (like a jigsaw) still has the instant gratification of a single colour print. This Gollum Jade was cut out of the ‘soft-cut’ lino which handles very differently to the standard hessian-backed variety because it stretches in a way that the rigid lino doesn’t. In hand-pressing or printing, you have to be a little more gentle in the transfer for sure.
